About the Show

A Pulitzer Prize-winning comedy about a perfect gentleman, Elwood P. Dowd, and his best friend, Harvey, a pooka (a six-foot tall, invisible rabbit). When Elwood begins introducing Harvey around town, his embarrassed sister and niece try to commit him to a sanitarium, but a mistake is made and the sister is committed instead. Eventually Elwood appears voluntarily, but his sister realizes she loves both her brother and his invisible friend just as they are.

Press

  • Mike Wood's lighting suits the mood just right; I particularly like the switch from the mansion to the fluorescent lit rest home.
