About the Show

Hair tells the story of the "tribe", a group of politically active, long-haired hippies living a bohemian life in New York City and fighting against conscription into the Vietnam War. Claude, his best friend Berger, their roommate Sheila, and their Tribe of friends struggle to balance the demands of a harsh and violent world with their dream for a more beautiful and peaceful world. When Claude receives his draft notice, he must decide whether to resist the draft or bow to societal and parental pressures.

Press

  • It's being done in a tasteful way with lots of back lighting so you don't see that much.
